Karl Taylor boasts widely about how he has built and sold 4 Cleaning companies in the last 11 years is now Managing Director Border Cleaning Services Limited based in Shropshire.

He is also involved in Cleaning and Maintenance Services Limited, and Border Group UK Limited.

Our experience is that what he says is not what he does in practice. At least not when he is dealing with this customer we will certainly not be coming back for more. Our group runs commercial cleaning services right across most of Scotland already so there was certainly scope to purchase his services again and again.

We will not be purchasing again. We can’t get him to refund or provide the services we have already paid him to provide!

We are only talking talking about one specific Karl Taylor here!

This Karl Taylor appears to head up Border Group UK Limited of 11 Barber Close, Oswestry in Shropshire.

Earlier this year he took a large sum of money from one cleaning company in return for sales training promising to deliver his services within the next 4 weeks. Almost straight after receiving the monies he became very ill with a bad back then went off on a holiday and came back from his relaxing vacation and again became very contactable. He now refuses to answer the phone but is able to send lengthy emails and text messages so we know he is around just will not communicate with anyone.

Correspondence from his solicitors confirm a number of other companies have paid over large sums of money and have been trying to get the money back even though he does not have any. Strange he has the money to pay for legal advisers but not to refund our money.

Incidentally he says that Border Group UK Ltd are no longer trading due to sickness but TheCleaningSite.com is still there trying to take your money.  However as that website is selling a physical product that needs to be posted to you by Royal Mail I personally would not chance paying any money to him as he is not physically well enough to deal with any communications and is instructing everyone to deal direct with his solicitors only.
