This message below was written by Karl Taylor and is published here so we can be seen to be playing fair to him and giving him opportunity to have his say in public. This has been the only communication he ha had with us at the website since we first published it over a year ago.

I note that not only does this character assassination by internet continue, we are now getting letters posted (via mail) around our neighbours.

The advice I was given at the time I became ill was not to make any ‘personal’ offers of payment to anyone because as an individual the law protects me from the debts of a company.

I followed that advice, rightly or wrongly.

I have always maintained that I would be prepared to discuss a payment plan with anyone.

This was a real possibility at one time last year when my health improved slightly and I was able to return to work slowly.

However, the introduction of http://www.karltaylor.info and your actions since have made that close to an impossibility.

I can not understand why, when you are trying to collect funds from somebody, you would put into place various things that would hinder any future income – it doesn’t make any logical sense to me.

This website (and your actions since) have cost me many, many thousands of pounds. I have lost many times more money than anyone else has, so in that respect you have succeeded.

However, I am still prepared to discuss a way that will get people their money back and I offer this as an individual, not as a Director protected by law.

Firstly though, this character assassination must stop and the website has to be withdrawn. I am unable to earn any meaningful amount that will allow me to make any personal retribution while these things are in place.

The choice is yours. I have made contact and I have offered to discuss a way forward and to make amends personally for the debts of the Company.

Whether you continue to prevent me from doing so is a decision only you can take.

I need to point out that the letters sent to Mr Taylor’s neighbours were not sent by anyone involved directly with the ownership of this website and we take no responsibility for them. Furthermore I have not seen a copy of them.

We note however that he does not appear to have denied any statement in them or in his letter here or denied any suggestion that he has been taking money from people without delivering the goods he promised.

WE also know of no-one who has received any refunds from Karl Taylor since he started to publish his guaranteed contracts service again earlier this year.

He does not show the page to everyone straight off but after a few soft sell emails to generate trust from his subscribers he is sending emails advertising the contracts still on http://www.thecleaningsite.com/turnover.htm

So he is still trading despite telling customers his company is now non-existent. Seriously would you buy from him knowing what you now know.
